We work with you exploring the depths and dynamics of your workplace.
We don’t shy away from the complex challenges of working together. Our services are tailored to meet the needs of your organisation at team or individual levels. All services are available in person, online, or hybrid.
Exploration sparks creativity and energises the group to engage in new ways of co-labouring.
We listen deeply to what’s going on in your organisation, invite different ways of understanding the issue, and identify alternative responses.
Applying an external point of view helps organisations discover what is impacting effectiveness.
We help clarify issues, identify ways forward, facilitate implementation, and define ways to measure progress and impact. This can include developing strategy, identifying new ways to practice what your organisation or team does, or changes to processes or structure.
We believe that slowing down and noticing what is going on around us, within us, and between us, is key to the art of working together.
Reflective practice is the deliberate, active and ongoing process of paying attention to and thinking about our own and each other’s experience at work with the aim to learn and grow from that.
It is an invitation to engage with colleagues in ways we don’t typically interact. A respectful and confidential practice of sharing and thinking-out-loud, reflective practice is experiential and systemic, collaborative and strengths-based. It can be intensely personal and provides an opportunity to share and learn, supporting individuals and organisations to change the way they think about work, to tolerate not knowing, and to identify new actions in response to challenges.
Project Learning is a structured process that engages the team’s thinking about the system (organisation), context and people involved in the project and how they help or hinder the project. We support teams to generate and test their own interventions in the way the team is working over the course of the project.
Investing in an experiential learning process directly connected to the project and its goals, deepens the team’s understanding of the project, their roles, and the dynamics that influence, facilitate or disturb progress. Paying attention to more than ‘the deliverables’, Project Learning develops skills in identifying and influencing team dynamics.
We tailor workshops to help build the skills and capacities to co-labour. We develop and facilitate skills development programs that provide an opportunity for the group to observe the dynamics at play and practice the skills that support working together or co-labouring.
We strengthen individual capacity to work effectively - on one’s own, within a team or in the organisation – and to progress in and beyond their current role.
Individual coaching is an opportunity for all workers, from the shop floor to the C Suite, to partake in safe and thoughtful explorations of their work role. We are well-versed in creating a safe and appropriately challenging space to support your explorations.
Offering the opportunity for focused individual development, coaching sessions support employees to take up their roles authentically and in the best interests of the organisation and its clients.
Supervision provides individuals (or groups) with the space and time to reflect on their knowledge, skills and practice and its impact on their client(s). It is a confidential and safe space to explore what you bring to your work, how you work, and the value of your work with others. We consider the role, task, context and dynamics within which practice happens in order to ensure your client has the best outcomes.
